Volunteering at an animal rescue shelter can be a very rewarding experience. Not only do you get to spend time with adorable animals, but you also get to help make a difference in their lives.

As a volunteer, you may be responsible for tasks such as;

• Feeding the cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, or horses
• Cleaning living areas
• Playing with and providing the animals with love and attention
• Walking the dogs
• Brushing the dogs or horses
• Assisting with fundraising
